As tears roll down our face,

We know you're in a better place.

We close our eyes to see your face,

There is that warm embrace.

With a smile so wide,

U beam with much delight

Your grin brings tears to our eyes.

We try so hard not to cry;

But the pain inside we cannot deny.

We yearn for u with longer days to spend.

But its ultimately up to God's divine plan.

Your physical pain here is now over.

We know that peace is with u forever.

U are now over in that perfect land

Under Jesus's loving hand

Till our days are done & we meet once again

On the shore where there's no tears or pain
