 63rd Year On Planet Earth (05/09/23)


Thank you everyone for your well wishes on my 63rd birthday.
A long list I hope I could thank u individually in every way.

6 decades & 3 with bumpy journeys traveled.
Many memories, but many still unraveled.

Feel like an old PCN park's wooden bench,
Under the harsh sun & rain even dog urine stench.
Each wrinkle and line etched upon my face,
Its a tale of resilience, strength and grace.

Aging is real, & getting old is true.
Ask my creaking joints & they agree too.
Need some WD-40 for those noisy knees,
And an old flower glass to read with ease.

My wife Jean has journeyed with me in this life.
Thru joys and sorrows, bliss and strife.
Her love and support is an unwavering guide.
Filling the days with warmth by my side

Within my heart, a love unspoken yet so sure.
For sons, Sam, Ralph, Josh &
DILs, Sasha & Serena is simply pure.
The family ties I hv woven with love remain strong
Overcoming the ups and downs as we move along
A family united is where love belongs.

Sophia & Charlotte my 2 sweet granddaughters
I'm complete with their giggles & chuckles
Each hug and kiss brightens my day.
Filling my life with joy in a magical way.

At 63 years young ever since Microsoft Wordstar,
Embracing till today's A.I. tech thus far.
Immersing in it not wanting to be left behind.
Keeping up to expand this old frail mind.

Rhymes & poems are soulful art
Stirring emotions, setting souls apart.
Each line crafted is a story unfold,
Inspired thru life experience to behold.
Painting the poems from the inner thoughts.
In happy vivid color or dull sad hue with imagination sought.

In the tapestry of time, I've woven my story,
Some ups & downs, some regrets some victories.
Hope I hv touched hearts along the way,
Leaving footprints of joy and humour, day by day.
Forgive me if I had done u wrong with unintended words I say.

Wisdom has grown with each passing year,
Speaking less with a better listening ear.
May the years ahead be fill with peace & cheer.
With adventures to cherish without fear.

This is another milestone to embrace,
A testament of life lived with purpose and grace.
A miraculous 63rd birthday to myself as I journey.
Walking with the divine ONE who made me.

  ******* Video - Ah Mah's Baptism (07/10/18) ******* What a joyous day it is to be For my MIL to accept Christ at 90 Thot my ears were deceiving me Till my wife & I met her privately And she seems to declare proudly “I am now a Christian you know”, as she professes distinctly In Teochew, no less, I didn’t hear wrongly Loud & Clear, so joyous that I teared freely Once a pious pagan believer, she rejects Christ stubbornly From children to grandchildren, all tried witnessing to her faithfully But her heart was hardened and she rejects vehemently She never wanted to accept Christ personally. But when the Lord calls out to her candidly She cannot escape our Lord God Almighty. The Holy Spirit moves her heart to accept Christ readily. For a jolt came out of the blues suddenly.
