Time & Tide waits for no man.(Apr 2022)-Poem

Strolling along in deep thoughts

Alone in tranquility I badly sought

 In a park  enjoying what nature brought

Cherish every little step 

Stop, look and check

What have I missed?

Amazed at God’s created piece.

Slow down, stop and smell the flowers

Bask in the sun, feel the shower.

Just for a moment or even an hour.

Caught up with fast pace and rat race.

It is but a continous wretched maze.

Stress, anguish, affliction, pain and calamity.

Its all but part of humanity.

Each & every  family has their own little story

Some have a  trail of worries

Some have a lifetime of miseries

Some wayang to keep the amicability

Some ignore to keep their sanity.

Some work hard to keep the harmony.

Some fortunate ones has more joy than agony

It is in us to make it how it turn out to be.

Go on your knees in prayer and repent.

He will hear your petition and laments.

Also remember the blessings and give thanks.

For He is your God and confidante.

He will answer your prayer only  He knows when.

Reconnect with  family and friends,

Feast a meal, just a kopi also can

Quality time that should be well spent.

Sharing and yakking to no end.

Fellowship to the heart's contend.

Cherish the company of one another.

Let the companionship blossom further.

Tarry no longer,  

Less if one heads for early departure

The absence is felt forever.

Regrets has no space to make amends

If opportunities don’t knock on your end

Make a door yourself for it  also can.

Because time and tide waits for no man.
